This week we will begin:

- Organizing the supply and medication area to enhance caregiver organization

- Creating an inventory list with contact information to improve medication management

- Developing a cleaning task list to support personalized care plans

1 Month Personalized Organization

The month will consist of the 1-week plan plus the following tasks to enhance caregiver organization: creating Nurse/CNA flow sheets if needed, developing a staff shift calendar, and preparing Mars & Tars if necessary. Additionally, we will create any instructional materials required to support effective medication management and the development of personalized care plans. Pricing varies based on need.
